The Venue
Our beautiful property is home to a 3-level villa and gated tropical garden covering 900 m²/9700 ft² nestled beside a lagoon within the bounds of the El Choco National Park. We offer 7 ensuites, with flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 18 guests divided over 12 beds. Each room is thoughtfully designed with a calming and earthy look and feel. All the decor is sourced locally, using natural eco-friendly materials, designed and produced by local Cabarete artisans.

Our Cancellation Policy
The deposit is 50% of the venue rental price. Excl. food, transport, and extra services. The deposit is 100% refundable up to 90 days before the venue rental start date. Cancellations made between 90-60 days before the venue rental start date receive a 50% refund of the deposit or the option to reschedule. Cancellations made less than 60 days before the venue rental start date do not receive a refund and do not have the option to reschedule.
